I do have a job out in the working world that I enjoy very much and have been committed to for many years.  So, why did I decide to also become a wedding planner?

 

It all goes back to a personal experience with a "not-so-nice" wedding planner and, after that experience, I decided I could be a wedding planner and treat the clients and their family with respect, understanding and true heartfelt kindness that they deserve at such an exciting yet highly stressful time in their lives!  I decided that I already had a leg up with no training whatsoever, as I have qualities I didn't see being demonstrated during that entire experience.  I'm easy-going, agreeable, pleasant, respectful, creative, highly organized, have a lot of life experience, and to top it off - I love LOVE!  (I'm still married to my high school sweetheart after all these years!)  So, I took the necessary steps and became a certified wedding planner. 

 

When I started working as a wedding planner, I had no idea how rewarding it could be to design/create special moments and turn them into unforgettable memories. I carry this feeling with me as I help each client plan their wedding to the last detail, giving my clients the freedom to relax and enjoy their special day.  I handle every step from the very first meeting until the last guest leaves.

I love working with clients that want to have the most beautiful and memorable wedding possible, yet don't want to break the bank or take a loan out to afford everything that goes along with an over-the-top wedding.  Remember, it doesn't have to be over-the-top to be elegant, beautiful and memorable!
